1. How many days in advance must I place my order if I require delivery service?

  • Peak period such as Public Hoilday, Eve of Public Hoilday , Friday , Saturaday and Sunday will be 3 days in advance by phone / Walk In or 2 days advance for on-line Order.
  • Non -Peak at any other days will be 2 days advance order by phone/ walk in or 1 day in advance on-line Order

 

 

  • 2. Is there any miniumum Order and Delivery Schedule?
  • Normal delivery service charge will at $20.00. Time of delivery from 11.00am - 6.00pm
  • An additional $10.00 of delivery levy will be incurred for orders below $50.00
  • Delivery with specific timing  will be charge at $35.00 per trip
  • Delivery charges for order that exceed $500.00 will be waived off.
  • We provide island-wide delivery services except postal code starting with 70 & 71- Lim Chu Kang area, and all offshore islands except Sentosa.

3. What are the mode of payment available?
At this moment, we only provide Cash for self collect and Visa, Master or paypal payment for online order.

4. What should I do if I don’t have a Credit card or paypal?
You can bring along your printed invoice to our shop at:
15 Jalan Tepong #04-01, Jurong Food Hub
Singapore 619336 .
please make payment at least 2 days before your actual event.

5. When is the date that I am allow to postphone or cancel order?
Order Cancellation /postpone must be done at least 3 days before the event, via email. SMS or phone call. Please take note that a 50% admin fee will applied for cancellation order.

6. Can I keep the unfinished food for the next day?
We strongly recommend that you should have finish the food within the same day to enjoy the freshness. Our food does not contain any preservative and hence, it is not advisable to refreeze  thawed food.

If situation does not allow you to to finish all the food, you must ensure that upon receiving your food, take out the amount you need and store the rest straight into the fridge- chiller compartment( about 0 to 5'c ). Please do not keep the unfinished raw food into the chiller.

7. Can I walk in and buy from off the shelves?
As we are facing a man power shortage, our retail shop is closed till further notice. All self collect from online order will be collected via 15 Jalan Tepong #04-01, Jurong Food Hub
Singapore 619336 .


8. Are the cooked food remains warm when it is being delivered to my place?
We need to cool the cooked food before they are being covered/ sealed.
This is to prevent the hot of moisture from affecting the quality of the food when packed.
At this moment, we do not provide warmer service.
By the time customer received the cooked food, they are usually at room temperature.
However, most of the cooked food are packed in safe containers that are suitable for microwave reheat.
Food that have 50 paxs or above will be packed in alumium foil that can be reheated.
All cooked food must to be consumed within 4 hours after received.
